A guide for the

The Mesh Straps

The TRIWA Mesh Straps are among the most popular straps that we have. In this guide we will cover some frequent questions and instructions for how to use/adjust the straps.

1. Adjusting length

To find your perfect fit, follow these steps to securely reposition the sliding clasp.

  1. Open the clasp fully and lay the watch on a flat surface with the dial facing upward.

  2. Locate the small locking tab on the center of the clasp. Insert a small tool, such as a flat-head screwdriver or a plastic pin, into the hole of the tab and gently lever it upward until it pops open.

  3. Slide the clasp along the mesh strap to your desired position.

  4. The underside of the mesh strap features small adjustment grooves. The clasp must sit directly inside one of these grooves to lock properly.

    • Pro Tip: To check alignment, gently press down on the tab while trying to slide the clasp. If it stays in place, it is correctly seated.

  5. Once aligned, press the locking tab back down into its original position.

    • Note: On a new strap, this may require a firm press to "snap" the mechanism into place. Once you hear it click, your strap is securely locked and ready to wear

2. Quick Release Pin

Starting January 1, 2026, all new mesh straps will feature integrated quick-release pins. This upgrade makes swapping your watch's look effortless and, best of all, completely tool-free.

How to Remove Your Strap

To remove the strap, simply slide the small lever on the underside of the strap inward (toward the center) and lift the strap away from the watch head.

How to Attach Your New Strap

  1. Insert the first side: Angle the strap and thread one end of the pin into the hole on the watch lug.

  2. Retract the lever: Pull the quick-release lever back and align the strap between the lugs.

  3. Secure the fit: Release the lever. Give the strap a gentle wiggle until you hear a "click",this confirms the pin has fully extended into the lug and the strap is safely locked in place.
