We offer free standard shipping as long as the order is above a certain amount (not to the US, Hong Kong, Canada, Australia). Goods are shipped from our warehouses in Sweden. Prices include VAT when ordering to countries inside the EU.

For orders to countries outside the EU (ex. US), triwa.com ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered At Place, This means that import duties, and/or taxes are not calculated and collected at checkout and may be additionally charged by the courier.

For orders to the US, triwa.com ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means that import duties, and/or taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. These charges are included in your final purchase price, ensuring that you will not face any unexpected fees or additional payments once your package reaches the US. TRIWA takes care of the customs clearance process for you.

TRIWA provide free shipping slips for any return shipments due to cancelled orders, faulty products, etc.

Non picked up goods

If you fail to collect your order, we reserve the right to charge you for all costs that encure when handling your order and shipment back to the TRIWA depot. This cost will be deducted from your initial payment of the order.
