You have the right to return undamaged and unused products that are purchased on triwa.com. You must notify us of your decision to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. The notification must be done to info@triwa.com with your order number attached. The message must contain the following information: your order number, your reason for the return and the name of the product you wish to return. The returned product must be unused and undamaged in its original package. Fill in and attach the TRIWA return form alongside the product you'd like to return or exchange. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to TRIWA. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Return against cash on delivery is not accepted. The responsibility for errors in ordered products is limited to the terms now stated. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. For countries within the eu, vat will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability.

Products not covered by warranty cannot be returned to Triwa.

Gift cards can never be returned or exchanged for cash. All returned products that are purchased with a gift card will be refunded as value on a new or the same gift card. If you've combined payment for any item(s), the amount payed for with gift card will be returned on that same gift card. Return policy for products in deals like buy one get one free; please note that if you want to return the more expensive product bought during this deal we will only refund the difference between the products. If you return the free product nothing will be refunded.
