Warranty for TRIWA products is 2 years from purchase date, 1 year if bought before SS14 collection. Please note that the warranty does not cover the life of the battery, normal wear and tear of case, glass or strap. The warranty does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the directions provided by TRIWA. It does not cover screws on sunglasses or scratching from normal use etc on sunglass lens, frame or temples. Replacements due to faulty water resistance is not covered if the crown is not completely closed when the watch is in contact with water.
Please save the printed order confirmation. This order confirmation is your warranty. For all other inquiries concerning shipment, returns, etc, please contact us. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of sending back the product to TRIWA.
Please note that we only stock spare parts for products that are in the current collection of the season.
You have the right to return undamaged and unused products that are purchased on TRIWA.COM. Notification about this shall be done immediately upon reception of the product or latest 14 days after reception. The notification shall be done to firstname.lastname@example.org, please attach your order number when contacting us. The message shall contain the following information: a) order number b) payment confirmation c) title of the product you wish to return.
The returned product shall be in an unused and undamaged state in its original package. Return the product together with a printed copy of the payment confirmation together with the TRIWA RETURN FORM where you have filled out the reason for return and other required information. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to TRIWA.COM. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Return against cash on delivery is not accepted. The responsibility for errors in ordered products is limited to the terms now stated. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability.
For damaged or faulty products that are covered by Warranty, please contact email@example.com for instructions on how to return the products and fill out the TRIWA REPAIR FORM.
Products not covered by warranty cannot be returned to TRIWA.

Sizing your watch
TRIWA watches have different bands depending on the model, the specific instruction on how to adjust your specific watch will be found in the folder that accompanies the watch.
General instructions below for standard watch band:
The size of the wristband can be adjusted in two ways; by removing one or several of the wristband links or by moving the pin that connects the band to the buckle. If you need to remove a wristband link, we advise you to turn to a certified watch dealer.
If only a smaller adjustment of the size is needed, making an adjustment under the buckle will be sufficient. This could easily be done without professional assistance: Simply push the tool that accompanies the watch in the pinhole so the wrist band loosens from the buckle, thereafter re-attach the band to the buckle according to your wrist size.
TRIWA watches are normally water resistant to 5 ATM, but the water resistance can vary depending on model. This will be indicated on the dial and/or case back of each watch. Below is a specification for each level of water resistance, please note of below recommended usage and also take extra care to close the crown when in contact with water.
This model is NOT water resistant. Any water contact should be avoided.
This model is resistant to minor and Accidental Splashes. Greater water contact should be avoided
WATER RESISTANT 3 ATM
Protected in everyday life, bathing, accidental splashes, short swimming or car washing - it is resistant against perspiration, water vapor, rain drops. It is tested for water resistance up to 3 ATM, and must be able to survive 30 minutes under water at a depth of 1 m (3 feet) followed by 90 seconds under a pressure corresponding to 30 meters.
WATER RESISTANT 5 ATM
Protected in everyday life, bathing, accidental splashes, short swimming, car washing, parachuting, hang gliding and skiing - it is resistant against perspiration, water vapor, rain drops. It is tested for water resistance up to 5 ATM.
WATER RESISTANT 10 ATM
Protected in everyday life, swimming, snorkeling, mountain climbing, parachuting, hang gliding, skiing and all kinds of sports challenges. It is tested for water resistance up to 10 ATM.
TRIWA sunglasses are made from acetate which is an organic material that is hand crafted and polished into the correct shape. Due to its material properties, acetate can change in shape due to temperature, humidity and other climate variations. This is normal and not a part of warranty or return policy. The acetate frames or temples can easily be adjusted back into its required shape by gentle bending or by turning to an optician.
